Do my customers need an app?
No. NFC is built into iPhone (iOS 14+) and most modern Android phones. They hold their phone near the card and your review page opens. Every card also includes a QR code as a backup.
Can I use it for any business?
Yes—as long as you have a Google Business Profile. We program each card to your unique review link before shipping. If you have multiple locations, we can make a set for each.
Will it work through a phone case?
Usually. NFC works through most cases up to about 3mm thick. Metal cases and heavy wallets can block the signal—the QR code on the back has you covered.
Can I change the review link later?
Yes. Send us a note within the first year and we'll reprogram your card free. After that, reprogramming is a flat $5 per card.
How fast is shipping?
Orders leave our San Diego studio in 1–2 business days. Custom-branded orders take 5–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
Is this allowed by Google?
Completely. We never incentivize or script reviews. The card simply makes it easier for customers to leave an honest review while the experience is fresh.
What if a card stops working?
Every Handheld card comes with a lifetime replacement guarantee. If it ever stops tapping, we'll send a new one.
